Mary is a hygienist at Mairs Family Dentistry and has been in practice since 1998.  Her focus is providing the best dental treatment for each individual patient, to educate and communicate treatment needs, and to develop a trusting long term relationship with each person. Mary has lived in Colorado for 16 years and is a native of Minnesota.

Mary is a graduate of the School of Dental Hygiene at the University of Minnesota. Her family enjoys all the seasonal sports, spending time in the mountains hiking and skiing, and this summer they are looking to forward dirt biking and camping.

Amber is a hygienist at Mairs Family Dentistry.  She was born and raised here in beautiful Colorado. Amber has been a hygienist since 2000 and is a graduate of CCD’s dental hygiene program. Amber is married to her high school sweetheart, Matt.  They have two boys and they all love to camp and enjoy the outdoors. She has a great passion for dental hygiene and makes it her mission to make all her patients feel comfortable and welcome!

Sara is the office manager at Mairs Family Dentistry. She has been with this practice since 2008 and a dental assistant since 1998. Sara has always been passionate about connecting with patients and putting them at ease. She helms financials as well as constantly striving to learn more as she leads the dedicated team at Mairs Family Dentistry.

Her friendly and extroverted nature contributes to a fun and relaxing office environment. Sara is married to Don and they have a daughter, Taylor and two black labs, Haley and Bobby.

Penny has been the treatment coordinator for Mairs Family Dentistry since March 2014. Penny is a former nurse and a graduate of York College in Nebraska and Lutheran Hospital School of nursing in Lubbock, Texas. Penny will be the first one to greet you with her sunny smile when you walk into the office and her pleasant voice will be the first one you will hear on the phone.

Penny’s family consists of her late husband, Chris, and her children Colton, Cody, and Nikki. She also has two dogs and one cat. She spends her free time camping, boating and doing other outdoor activities with her family. She also enjoys reading books, watching movies, and completing puzzles.

Holly has been a hygienist since 1995 when she graduated from CCD.  She treats her patients like family and passionate about nutrition and health. She’s a Colorado native that has been married for 21 years with two kids and one dog. When Holly’s not in the office she’s most likely at Disney, the beach, or a concert.

Jessica is a hygienist at Mairs Family Dentistry. She was raised in a dental family and has been a hygienist since 2009. Jessica is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma (Go Sooners!) and served as president of her dental hygiene class. She loves being a hygienist and strives to make appointments a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
Jessica met her husband Jason while they were attending OU. They moved their family to Colorado in 2015 and have fallen in love with the state. They stay pretty busy keeping up with their two kids, Dylan and Harper. She enjoys DIY projects, gardening, and exploring Colorado with her family.

Jen is the billing coordinator at Mairs Family Dentistry. She is a Colorado native who has worked in the dental field since 2007. She spent twelve of those years chair side as an expanded duty dental assistant and now as a patient care coordinator. She loves getting to know all our patients and helping them feel more comfortable in the dental office.

As the owner of two dogs herself, she especially enjoys having Gary, our emotional support dog, in the office. In her spare time, she and her family enjoy hiking, golfing, skiing and traveling.

Ashleigh is an expanded duties dental assistant at Mairs Family Dentistry. She has been an assistant since 2009 and has enjoyed every minute of it. Ashley loves providing beauty and function to smiles and seeing patients light up with the end treatment result. Caring for patients with compassion has always been a natural characteristic of Ashleigh’s. She is very friendly and welcoming and wants all dental visits to be pleasant and comfortable. In her free time she enjoys being outdoors, all water activities, hiking, camping, gardening and baking.

Valentine is one of the dental assistants at Mairs Family Dentistry. Her friendly smile and calm nature puts patients at ease. She loves interacting with patients and making them feel comfortable. She has been interested in dentistry since she was a child and has been a dental assistant since 2017. Valentine is a Colorado native and loves nature, enjoys hiking, snowboarding, yoga, hanging out with friends and family, and doing anything outdoors with her puppy, Tobias!

Isaiah is the scheduling coordinator at Mairs Family Dentistry. Isaiah has been in the dental field since 2020. He will most likely be the first face you see and the first voice you hear when you come to Mairs Family Dentistry. He is a southern boy raised in North Carolina. He moved to Colorado to live out his dreams of being in the Rocky Mountains.  Isaiah spends his free time hiking and going on spontaneous adventures with his partner and their dog. Isaiah enjoys all types of craft beer and food at local spots around town. What Isaiah likes the most about working at Mairs Family Dentistry is using his southern charm to make people feel welcome and relaxed.

Ali got her start as a Dental Assistant in November of 2022 and loves  hearing patients say “I can’t wait to smile at everyone!”She is passionate about connecting with people and ensuring their quality of care and wellbeing. She looks forward to working alongside our patients for their healthcare journey!

Outside of Dentistry, Ali enjoys spending time with her husband Tyler and two young children Violet and Isaac, who are always keeping her in her toes! She also has a deep love for all things spooky and scary, painting, drawing, and going to concerts or events with a good group of friends.
