WELCOME TO OUR PRACTICE
Your first appointment at Mairs Family Dentistry usually will take about an hour. You will get a chance to meet your doctor and receive a comprehensive oral exam. The exam will include an examination of the mouth for cavities, gum disease, and other dental issues. Your doctor will also do an oral cancer screening, check your blood pressure, and make necessary radiographs. Finally we will make a plan for any treatment, if necessary, and answer all of your questions.
After your exam you will be scheduled with one of the highly trained hygienists and they will provide a comprehensive dental cleaning unless you suffer from periodontal disease. Sometimes patients with periodontal disease need treatment that requires several visits.
Mairs Family Dentistry accepts most major credit and debit cards. For our patients that do not have dental insurance and would like to finance their treatment we offer Care Credit and Lending Point. We also provide senior citizen discounts and discounts to active duty or retired military members.
Insurance
As a service to our patients, we work with most dental plans, whether or not we are in network. As a courtesy to you, we will submit your claim to your dental insurance provider. Please bring you insurance card with you to your appointment and be prepared to pay your copay or your deductible.
